At Proteor

Where Dicté saves time

Appointment notes — sum up a fitting or patient review right afterwards, with consent.

Multi-site meetings — one shared set of minutes across France and US teams.

Field visits — dictate a voice note in the car, get back a structured report.

Committees & projects — pull out decisions and actions without note-taking during the meeting.

Tips & ideas from the team

Time-saver

Right after a patient visit I record a two-minute voice note in the car. Dicté hands me back a clean write-up I just have to review — no more notes forgotten by the evening.

Meetings

Before a steering committee I run the transcript through the SWOT Skill. In five minutes I've got an analysis outline the team fills in together — we start the meeting much further ahead.

Quality

I rename the speakers right after the meeting, while the voices are still fresh. The final minutes read clearly straight away — even for people who weren't there.

Good practice

Team rule: we always ask for verbal agreement at the start before recording, and flag it in the invite. It's become second nature and nobody is caught off guard.

Good to know before you record

  • Always ask participants for their agreement before recording a meeting.
  • For any patient-related content, follow the consent and confidentiality rules that apply in your center.
  • Always review generated minutes — AI can get names, figures or decisions wrong.
  • See the AI usage policy for what may and may not be recorded and processed.
